TABATHA
Co-Founder & CEO | Certified Dental Technician (CDT)
Tabatha is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Whitening Lab, where she is redefining the standards of professional teeth whitening. With 25+ years in the dental industry and over two decades as a Certified Dental Technician (CDT), she combines deep clinical expertise with a results-driven approach.
Her work is rooted in science, precision, and education—challenging industry misinformation while delivering consistent, high-level outcomes. In addition to The Whitening Lab, she is the founder of Weldology, a modern jewelry brand focused on permanent, custom-fit design.
COURTNEY
Co-Founder/ Registered Dental Hygienist
Courtney, a co-founding partner of The Whitening Lab based in Gray, Maine, has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past 11 years. She graduated from Utah College of Dental Hygiene with her BSDH. She is passionate in helping others feel confident about their smile. Courtney and her husband Nick have co-owned Carll Clan Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based in Gray, Maine for the past 5 years. In her free time Courtney is passionate about fitness and loves getting to know the state Maine!
MOLLY
Social Media / Dental Assistant
Molly, a local Mainer, brings a unique blend of dental expertise and social media skills to the Whitening Lab. With 9 years of past experience in surgical and orthodontic dental assisting, along with coordinating a continuing education club for dental professionals, she has a profound understanding of the dental field. Molly has also been creating social media content for many years and recently launched her own wedding content creation business; Molly Eliza Creative. At the Whitening Lab, she gets to combine her passion for teeth with her love for social media.
